Tenant-rights advice for Fernando in Córdoba: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Córdoba: a refusal to repair mold.

My landlord in Córdoba has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Córdoba could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Córdoba would also be appreciated.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Hang in there, Fernando. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Take care
Stay strong, Fernando. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.

Praying for you, Fernando. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.
