Tenant-rights advice for Favour in Lagos: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Lagos: a refusal to repair mold.
🇳🇬 Lagos, Nigeria1,048 views
My landlord in Lagos has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Lagos could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Lagos would also be appreciated.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
