Tenant-rights advice for Edgardo in Bacolod: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Negros Occidental: repeated entry without notice.
🇵🇭 Negros Occidental, Philippines879 views
My landlord in Bacolod has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Negros Occidental could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Negros Occidental would also be appreciated.

Keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Tampa but we're thinking of you. God bless.
Hang in there. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
hope things get better soon. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Bacolod.

wishing you peace. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
Thinking of you and your family, Edgardo. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. It's not much but it's yours. Take care.
