Tenant-rights advice for Donna in Dundee: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Scotland: a no-fault termination.
Anywhere in the world1,233 views
My landlord in Dundee has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Scotland could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Scotland would also be appreciated.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Keep going, Donna. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope September is when things finally get easier. Love from Lagos.
Praying for you, Donna. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. God bless.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Dundee
Wishing you the best, Donna. Shared it with a few friends. Take care
