Tenant-rights advice for Davide in Padua: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Veneto: repeated entry without notice.
🇮🇹 Italy1,152 views
My landlord in Padua has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Veneto could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Veneto would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out. Looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Padua.
