Tenant-rights advice for Bartosz in Newcastle upon Tyne: a short consultation
Bartosz is dealing with an order to leave for 'renovations' and needs someone who knows the law in England to explain the options.

My landlord in Newcastle upon Tyne has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in England could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in England would also be appreciated.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Wishing you peace. Your post was clear and honest. I hope March is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Macon.
take care. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
hope this works out for you. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double

hope it all works out, Bartosz. This could happen to any of us. God bless
Take care. Shared this with my family. After 12 years in construction I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Take care
