Tenant-rights advice for Akira in Nagoya: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Akira understand their rights.

My landlord in Nagoya has given me a withheld security deposit. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Aichi could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Aichi would also be appreciated.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
