Temporary foster for Willow while Joko recovers in hospital

I'm going into inpatient treatment on Monday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Willow, my two-year-old terrier mix. Willow is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Jakarta. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Willow is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
