Temporary foster for Rosie while Lucas recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Tuesday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Rosie, my seven-year-old retriever. Rosie is a bit shy at first but really affectionate.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Belo Horizonte. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Rosie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
