Temporary foster for Rosie while Koji recovers in hospital

I'm going into inpatient treatment on Wednesday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Rosie, my nine-year-old border collie. Rosie is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Kitakyushu. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Rosie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
