Temporary foster for Pepper while Caio recovers in hospital

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Sunday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Pepper, my four-year-old labrador. Pepper is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Rio de Janeiro. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Pepper is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
