Temporary foster for Oscar while Carter recovers in hospital
A short-term foster for a calm retriever in Newcastle while the owner recovers.
🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia413 views
I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Monday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Oscar, my seven-year-old retriever. Oscar is a lap-cat who needs a quiet home.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Newcastle. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Oscar is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
Thank you for reading my story.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best
