Temporary foster for Oscar while Abigail recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Sunday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Oscar, my seven-year-old terrier mix. Oscar is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Gold Coast. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Oscar is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
