Temporary foster for Max while Simone recovers in hospital

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Sunday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Max, my four-year-old border collie. Max is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Saint-Denis. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Max is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
