Temporary foster for Max while Ahmad recovers in hospital

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Sunday, for about 4 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Max, my four-year-old labrador. Max is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Surabaya. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Max is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
