Temporary foster for Luna while Seo-jun recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Wednesday, for about 6 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Luna, my two-year-old terrier mix. Luna is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Seoul. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Luna is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
