Temporary foster for Juno while Lorenzo recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Friday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Juno, my eleven-year-old beagle. Juno is a bit shy at first but really affectionate.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Louisville. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Juno is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
