Paloma must spend 5 weeks in hospital and needs a trusted person to foster Biscuit, a tabby cat.

I'm going into inpatient treatment on Monday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Biscuit, my two-year-old tabby cat. Biscuit is a bit shy at first but really affectionate. I'm looking for a temporary foster within Buenos Aires. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Biscuit is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better. Glad we found this place.

  • Good luck, Paloma. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.

    • Hang in there. Give Biscuit a hug from me. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.

Thinking of you, Paloma. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. Sent it to 21 people at work. Love from Pretoria.

        • Praying for you. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.

          • You're not alone, Paloma. Hope you get there. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too

            • you're not alone, Paloma. Shared it with a few friends. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Paris.
