Temporary foster for Archie while Kazuki recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Sunday, for about 6 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Archie, my two-year-old terrier mix. Archie is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Setagaya. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Archie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
