Temporary foster for Archie while Geeta recovers in hospital

I'm going into a rehabilitation unit on Friday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Archie, my four-year-old labrador. Archie is calm and happy with a daily walk.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Mumbai. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Archie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
