Sycamore Neighborhood Pantry needs a simple site and a donation page

Sycamore Neighborhood Pantry runs on volunteers and has no website; a designer or developer could help us reach more people.

Sycamore Neighborhood Pantry is a small women's cooperative in Aberdeen that serves about 480 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button. We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 15-25 hours of work. Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting. We have a domain already. Please reply with a link to similar work. We can't pay, but we can offer a reference, a public thank-you, and a lot of thanks. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

  • Stay strong, Megan. This could happen to any of us. Take care.

    • You're not alone. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Sent it to 26 people at work.

      • Sending strength, Megan. Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours.

        • Wishing you the best, Megan. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.

          • Best of luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Pune so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Bakersfield.
