Maksym needs laparoscopic cyst removal at Moscow General Hospital and the family is $1,150 short of the hospital's estimate.

Maksym was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst in July. The surgeon at Moscow General Hospital recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,900, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,150 short.
my father has been in and out of Moscow General Hospital since July. The doctors say a large ovarian cyst will get worse without laparoscopic cyst removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,900 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Maksym struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Maksym won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Post-operative medication: $140
• Hospital stay (4 nights): $680
• Travel and lodging for the family: $130
• Physiotherapy sessions: $200
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
