Surgery fund for Karan: laparoscopic cyst removal in Aurangabad
After a deviated septum causing chronic infections, Karan was cleared for laparoscopic cyst removal, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Karan was diagnosed with a deviated septum causing chronic infections in November. The surgeon at Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and He is scheduled for January. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,200, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $600 short.
my father has been in and out of Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute since November. The doctors say a deviated septum causing chronic infections will get worse without laparoscopic cyst removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Karan struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Karan won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
Where the $600 goes:
• Travel and lodging for the family: $45
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $100
• Hospital stay (4 nights): $400
• Post-operative medication: $55
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
