Isabel was diagnosed with a torn ligament that needs reconstruction in August. The surgeon at Taguig General Hospital recommended emergency hernia repair, and She is scheduled for October. my wife has been in and out of Taguig General Hospital since August. The doctors say a torn ligament that needs reconstruction will get worse without emergency hernia repair. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,550 is more than we can find.
