I have worked as a factory operator for 14 years, and I'm 54. After a health scare, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in West Bengal, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
