Stop the eviction: 2 months of rent for Leo's family in Pasig
A court summons for non-payment arrived last week. Leo needs $600 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Pasig.

When my hours were cut in half in August, Leo fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Friday a court summons for non-payment was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $600.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by October, the family must leave.
There are a teenager still in school at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Leo has started working evenings as a cleaner, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Leo!
Sure. The biggest one is late fees and court costs, $45. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
