My niece, Souad, is 15 and in the final year of school. Souad loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The school-leaving exam is in October. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Kelowna or online, for about ten weeks. Souad is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Souad's year. Thank you so much.

  • Hope things get better soon. Hope this works out for you. After 20 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

    • thinking of you and your family. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Orlando.

      • Rooting for you, Nadia. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Medellín this morning. God bless

you're not alone, Nadia. Looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Birmingham.
