Statistics help for Lincoln, preparing for the school-leaving exam

Lincoln is working hard on statistics but cannot afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the school-leaving would help enormously.

My nephew, Lincoln, is 17 and in Year 10. Lincoln loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the move. The school-leaving exam is in August. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Laval or online, for about twenty weeks. Lincoln is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Lincoln's year. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

  • Take care, Dennis. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Blessings!

    • It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Kyiv.

      • hope things get better soon, Dennis. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Laval!

        • Hang in there. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected!

          • sending good thoughts, Dennis. This could happen to any of us. Blessings
