Start-up fund for Citlali: reopening a flower stall after a storm that collapsed the roof
Citlali lost display cabinets and a cooler to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $5,100 to reopen a flower stall and support the family.

For nine years I have run a flower stall in San Diego. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $5,100 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $580
• Replacing display cabinets and a cooler: $3,600
• Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $920
Thank you so much.

Hang in there. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Jabalpur
