Start-up fund for Apio: reopening a phone repair counter after a break-in
Apio has run a phone repair counter for three years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $400 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Entebbe. In August, a break-in took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $70
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $120
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $210
Thank you so much.

This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Prayagraj
Take care, Apio. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 16 people at work. Take care
