Start-up fund for Ananya: reopening a neighborhood bakery after a fire in the building
A neighborhood bakery in Vadodara needs help replacing a commercial oven after a fire in the building.

For nine years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Vadodara. In May, a fire in the building took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $350 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $140
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $55
• Working capital for the first month: $70
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
