Standing with Samuel: stomach cancer treatment costs

Samuel was diagnosed with stomach cancer in February. The oncology team at Campinas Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Samuel is 41, worked as a nurse until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Campinas Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,250
• Household costs while unable to work: $270
• Scans and lab work: $230
