Standing with Sachin: stomach cancer treatment costs

Sachin was diagnosed with stomach cancer in August. The oncology team at Coimbatore Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Sachin is 32, worked as a primary school teacher until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Coimbatore Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
