Standing with Pallavi: Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs

Pallavi was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at the Pune Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Pallavi is 46, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Pune Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
