Standing with Fernando: colon cancer treatment costs

Fernando was diagnosed with colon cancer in June. The oncology team at Ciudad de México University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Fernando is 33, worked as a construction supervisor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Ciudad de México University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
