I'm Sophie, and I run a small landscaping business in Los Angeles. Business is steady and I need to take on a gardener. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is mowing, planting and tidying gardens with a small crew. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
