Small farm in Mandaue needs a farm hand

I'm Perla, and I run a small small farm in Mandaue. Business is steady and I need to take on a farm hand. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is feeding animals, planting, harvesting and general farm work. Hours are full time, Monday to Friday, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 2 months. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
