Skylar needs a lift to San Diego General Hospital - can you help one day a week?
A rota of drivers to San Diego General Hospital would keep Skylar on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Skylar has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to San Diego General Hospital alone. After a foot amputation, Skylar can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 27 km each way.
Skylar is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thanks for being kind about this.

you're not alone, Alexa. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of San Diego
Sending strength, Alexa. This could happen to any of us. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from San Jose.
