I'm launching a cleaning company in Mangaluru next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Keep going. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Mangaluru
Best of luck. Small businesses are the heart of Mangaluru. Hope you're open again soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Salerno.
