Simon needs a lift to Berlin General Hospital - can you help one day a week?
Simon needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Simon has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Berlin General Hospital alone. After a foot amputation, Simon can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 34 km each way.
Simon is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. All the best
It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope August is when things finally get easier. Take care
