Simon needs a guide into cloud engineering - monthly calls
Seeking an experienced cloud engineering professional for guidance on the transition from call-centre agent.
Anywhere in the world376 views
I have worked as a call-centre agent for 9 years, and I'm 30. After being laid off, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in North Rhine-Westphalia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family, Simon. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Kyiv
Good luck, Simon. Looking forward to the next update. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
Keep going, Simon. Small businesses are the heart of Düsseldorf. Hope you're open again soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.
