Sibusiso is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Stellenbosch State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,100. The registrar has said Sibusiso can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sibusiso has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sibusiso would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Sibusiso isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $1,100 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $410 • Final term tuition: $600 • Exam and lab fees: $60 • Textbooks and materials: $30 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thinking of you and your family, Sipho F. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Blessings.

              • You're not alone. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. After 28 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
