The registrar has said Shruthi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shruthi has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shruthi would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Shruthi isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Howrah Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
