Dwarka
After a house fire, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a bus driver in Dwarka and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing. I'm looking for a spare room for 2 months. I can pay $60 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have a landlord and employer references. I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

  • thinking of you and your family, Jagadish. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Gazipur this morning.

    • Rooting for you, Jagadish. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.

      • I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Don't give up. Thinking of Dwarka.

        • Thanks for sharing this. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Tokyo.

Wishing you peace. Looking forward to the next update. After 15 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care

            • you're not alone. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Sent it to 23 people at work. Love from Santos
