Shanice received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
After the closure of the factory, Shanice is 4 months behind on rent and has a notice to vacate from the landlord.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 6 weeks, Shanice fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Tuesday a notice to vacate was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $1,250.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by December, the family must leave.
There are two young children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Shanice has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Shanice
Sure. The biggest one is rent arrears (4 months), $930. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
