I have worked as a call-centre agent for 9 years, and I'm 27. After the factory closing, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Gauteng, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
