Seeking a lift or van for Yamuna's move to the capital

Yamuna has a job waiting in the capital but can't afford the move; a lift, shared van or spare seat would solve it.

I have been offered a job in the capital, starting on Thursday in October. I can't afford the bus and the 3 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means. If you or someone you know is driving between Aurangabad and the capital, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better. I'm a good conversationalist but happy to be quiet. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in the capital. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Best of luck, Yamuna. Shared this with my family. After 28 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything!

      • Hope it all works out. Hope you get there. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Gujranwala!

        • thinking of you and your family. Hope the shop reopens soon.

          • Hope things get better soon, Yamuna. Small businesses are the heart of Aurangabad. Hope you're open again soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Take care

            • Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. After 25 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Sydney.
