Does anyone drive from Medina to a neighboring city around October? Sara needs a ride and a way to carry 6 boxes.

I have been offered a job in a neighboring city, starting on Friday in October. I can't afford the bus and the 6 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
