Seeking a lift or van for Gareth's move to the regional hub
Gareth has a job waiting in the regional hub but can't afford the move; a lift, shared van or spare seat would solve it.
🇿🇦 South Africa955 views
I have been offered a job in the regional hub, starting on Tuesday in September. I can't afford the bus and the 3 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
If you or someone you know is driving between Johannesburg and the regional hub, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in the regional hub.
Thanks for being kind about this.
- effort
- one-way trip
- format
- In person in Johannesburg

Stay strong, Gareth. Small businesses are the heart of Johannesburg. Hope you're open again soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Take care. Shared this with my family. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Hope it all works out. Hope this works out for you. After 15 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Los Angeles
