Second opinion needed: persistent abdominal pain, A Coruña
An oncologist willing to review Dolores's reports could help the family decide on treatment for persistent abdominal pain.
Anywhere in the world927 views
Dolores was diagnosed with persistent abdominal pain in August. The local team has recommended an experimental drug. We understand it's an important decision, and we'd like to be sure.
We're asking if an oncologist - anywhere in the world - would be willing to review Dolores's reports and give a short opinion (a call of 20 minutes or a written summary). We'd gladly pay for any cost to your practice that we can afford.
We have scans, lab reports and the doctor's notes ready to share securely. We understand that you can't give formal medical advice without an examination, and we're simply looking for guidance on questions to ask and options to explore.
Thanks for even thinking about it.
Thank you for reading my story.

Rooting for you. Hope the doctors have good news. Sent it to 30 people at work!
good luck, Ignacio. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
Take care, Ignacio. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Wudil.
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Sent it to 9 people at work. Love from Uppsala.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Mombasa but we're thinking of you. God bless
